We truly enjoyed our stay. It was a busy weekend and we were happy to have a comfortable , clean place to stay.

Really lovely house and very fun arcade games! Hot tub was clean with a great view of the trees in a quiet neighborhood.

We've done several vacation rentals, so I based my opinions on my expereinces.Pros - nice & comfortable, a couple of thoughtfully added touches that were not mentioned, timely communication, Cons -pricing, lots of communication, extensive rental agreement after selecting on VRBO- felt like I was being punished for others mistreatment of property.

Loved the quiet neighborhood, the well-stocked kitchen, pinball and the ease of checking in. Did not like the cleanliness of the place. Had to wash tablecloth because of all the food spills, the bathroom floors and trim were disgusting, and the visible dust bunnies and garbage under the furniture and dirt in crevices of chair. Did not like the additional fees for more than two people. My mother only stayed over two nights but I was charged extra for the entire stay. Did not like the list of cleaning to be done after the place was booked. Be upfront about it.
