My wife and I stayed here between Oct to Dec with our dog. Monica was very welcoming and super responsive to any issues that came up. The property itself is located in a great, safe neighborhood with a park across the street. The property itself is clean and well maintained. The apartment comes with a lot of ammenities, including a shared courtyard area outside the back porch that has grills, seating area with tvs, firepit, mini golf and cornhole. My only issues with the apartment were the thin ceiling (you could hear footsteps very clearly, but it was tolerable) and the queen sized bed. I dont know how old the mattress is but it had a deep dip in the middle so sleeping on that bed with two people over two months time was super uncomfortable. Sleeping on that bed with one person was tolerable, as you just sink into the dip, but two people will get annoying over time. My advice to the owner would be to switch that mattress for future guests. The apartment could also have used more bowls and cutlery (we had to use the dishwasher pretty much every day). All in all it was a nice place to stay and we thank Monica for being such a great host.
