We just completed our stay and we were very impressed with everything. The location was convenient to downtown, but set back in a quiet neighborhood, which was great. We particularly appreciated all of the included niceties, which simplified our packing and helped make life easier during our stay. The items that are included which makes this rental stand out include all bed linens and bathroom towels, beach towels, beach chairs/umbrella/games, Rehoboth town parking permit, etc., and pool access. All in all, a wonderful stay was had and we would rent here again for sure.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this townhome. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meal and the entire property was squeaky clean. Beautiful artwork adorns the walls and there were several thoughtful details such as extension cords in the living room and bedrooms to plug in devices. Host Dixon was a great communicator and very welcoming. He provided a Rehoboth city parking pass during our stay and the pool area steps from the townhome was a great place to relax after a day at the beach or long bike ride. I visit Rehoboth frequently and would highly recommend this property.

Great stay, easy walk to beaches and outlets. Great amenities.

Mason, the host was fantastic and quick to respond with any questions during the reservation and vacation process. The townhouse is huge and nicely decorated with art pieces, books, and plenty of seating. We really could not get over how huge each area was! Pictures don’t do it justice. Mason thought of little touches and amenities to help your vacation be more enjoyable until you could hit the local market. The pool was spacious and beautiful and close by. The patio and deck provided nice outdoor areas to enjoy breakfast. The location was suburb and we walked into town for dinner one night and took our morning walk into town or the nearby trail each morning. Including a parking permit was a nice additional touch. One final thought and my husband makes fun of me, but I enjoyed the Monet screensaver on the large tv in the living room. I never saw a white framed tv and I commented each day that I liked it. Thank you for making the space so enjoyable!
