The location is very good: central and close to public transport, a lively area with plenty of good restaurants and plenty of shops.
The studio, even though very small, works very well. It is extremely well equipped (washing machine, ironing board, cleaning equipment etc), and the bed is very comfortable. The room definitely has a good feel about it.
I missed a TV or radio, just for a bit of local news or vibe.
I also regret that there were no instructions for how to recycle the rubbish.
I would not recommend the studio for people who are plus-sized, as I think they would struggle getting themselves seated on the toilet, which is wedged between the wall and the washing machine.
The most serious reservation I have is about the amount of street noise. I only slept well once I decided to put in some earplugs. But still I felt very comfortable and at home in the place.

Very cute apartment :) Because of the busy neighborhood I would recommend to bring earplugs, but it’s worth it :)
The shower door was very loose and could be replaced

Great location and well kept modern renovation inside. Small, but includes a lot for the space.
Bathroom was slightly tight. Property listing needed a little clarity on what was included.

La ubicación
Se escuchaba todo el ruido de la calle,de la gente subiendo las escaleras, el baño era extremadamente pequeño y solo tenía un micro ventilador que con los días de calor no fue suficiente
