Great service Lovely place to stay to swim and explore Perast and Kotor

The apartment is nicely decorated, really spacious and has air conditioning.

The bathroom is really small and extremely dark. There is no elevator, hence going up 3 flights of stairs with a big suitcase is not ideal. The place seems a bit worn out. I guess you can find a place in a better location for this price. We wouldn't go back to Risan next time when visiting Kotor Bay.

The location was good and just a short walk into the town. There was parking right outside the apartment. The pool was good and very private and the outside seating area was also a lovely place to sit to eat. The host was very friendly and helpful and around most days during our stay. When i first arrived I was quite disappointed with the apartment as it was much smaller than I had expected but we stayed for 5 days and it was quite adequate for our needs. If we returned to the area I would go back here because of the location and privacy.

The website description wasn't clear that many of the things listed were in a communal area by the pool. The Kitchenette in the actual apartment was a cupboard with a fridge, one ring hot plate and a sink. Any other cooking or even boiling a kettle had to be done in the communal kitchen. There was no washing machine or tumble drier and the wifi was very spasmodic. The apartment itself was very small which was why we so enjoyed the communal outside space,

Wygodne bardzo łóżka, całkiem ładne pokoje

W łazience czuć było kanalize, kiepskie wyposażenie kuchni, woda w basenie przechorowana, kiepsko zorganizowana obsługa i brudno w przestrzeniach wspólnych
