Great house with amazing view!!! Joe is a great host. Very responsive

Joseph went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information needed to have a successful trip to the Rose Parade. He helped us with ticket purchase, seating location, parking advice, etc. everything went smoothly and we can now check it off our bucket lists.

The property is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood close to everything! We relaxed and enjoyed spending time together as a family here.

We had a fabulous stay at this property over New Year's. We were celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary and had our three children along as well. Even before we arrived the owner, Joseph, was in communication ensuring we were set for arrival. He assisted us with advice on purchasing tickets and even where and when to park for the parade. The home was clean and comfortable with amazing views and a wonderful patio and hottub. It was close to LA, Burbank, Hollywood, Santa Monica, etc. which was very convenient. Highly recommend for a family stay!
