House was nice for our short weekend in the Atlanta area. Inside was really nice, although hard to cool house. Back patio was very dirty, we wiped down all the spider webs. BBQ grill wasn't usable, it was dirty, rusted and loaded with old used charcoal. Luckily we weren't home much so we didn't miss not being able to use the grillThe host was reachable and very helpful with cooling the house. In the host defense, it was 90 degree weather all weekend. I would recommend this home to others. Just upkeep of patio area is needed.

My weekend stay was amazing! The host was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and welcoming. The home was beautiful, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My family and I truly enjoyed our time there and look forward to renting this property again in the future. Highly recommend!

Great place

If you are a really clean person then this is not the place for you. It reminded me of a frat house. Blinds, Knobs and stairwell pieces missing. Sheets had balls in them, master shower barely had water to even wash hands. Vents and behind beds were dirty. It had a smoky smell. I survived but was not happy with the comparison online. Ths house has alot of potential to be great with a real good cleaning and fixing up of some things. The host just told us where the key was and said nothing else during our stay. Overall a 5/10. I wouldn't stay again.
