I would go back , it was great place to stay

We had 11 people staying at the property and it met all of our needs. A downside was the ice maker that was advertised, did not work and the fridge ice maker could not keep up with the demands of ice we needed so we had to go buy ice almost daily. While the deck for the pool and hot tub was fantastic, the contractor did a very poor job of clean up. We found several nails/nail strips and chunks/shards/blocks of wood in the sand where we were playing. We made a point to clean up as much as possible but found more daily. I think we all ended up with a foot wound from stepping on something left behind. Otherwise, our trip was great! The notifications about the tropical storm potential was helpful.

The property was very nice but it was only “surface clean.” Under the furniture was very dirty. There were bugs on the top floor- big bugs. This is a 6 bedroom property with about a total of 8 wash rags and 10 towels. The garbage can inside had bags in them but the kitchen cans were very dirty. Several of the chairs on the decks were broken. After paying nearly 10,000 dollars for a weeks stay, we were sort of disappointed. It was very spacious with the table fitting 12 people. That was nice.

Disappointments: 1. no safety rail on top bunk making it unusable. Also had screw projecting out on the ladder that would scratch anyone climbing it.2. Cockroaches3. motion light at top of stairs not functioning making the top landing not as safe as it should be.4. 1 toilet and 1 tub clogged5. 2 dining room chairs needing attention to secure right front leg6. Top level back door does not latch sufficiently unless it is locked. Blows open.7. More seating needed to take advantage of view from decksPositives: 1. beautiful views and proximity to water2. ample kitchen equipment3. good water pressure and plenty of hot water
