The Space:

Welcome to You Had Me at Merlot, your comfortable home away from home in Temecula Wine Country! Whether you're relocating, staying in the area for work, navigating a home renovation, or simply looking for a place to settle in for a while, this fully furnished home offers the comfort, convenience, and privacy you need for an extended stay.



With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, approximately 1,000 square feet of living space, and a one-car garage, this home is designed to make longer stays feel like home.



The kitchen features modern appliances and plenty of counter and cabinet space, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy the convenience of cooking at home. The adjoining dining area provides a comfortable spot for everyday meals, morning coffee, or catching up with family and friends.



Enjoy the convenience of your own washer and dryer, located in the garage, along with garage parking and additional space for your belongings.



A signed rental agreement is required prior to check-in. Please ask the host for more details.



Traveling with a four-legged family member? We're happy to welcome pets! The fully fenced backyard features newly installed artificial turf, giving your pets a place to enjoy the outdoors while you relax at home.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, fenced backyard, and one-car garage. The washer and dryer are located in the garage.



The Neighborhood:

Home is located in a residential neighborhood and is close to trails and a park.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is recommended, as public transportation is limited in the immediate area. The home offers convenient freeway access for commuting and exploring Temecula and nearby communities.



For winery visits, Uber and Lyft are good options.



Other Things to Note:

The monthly rental price includes a $250 utility allowance for water, gas, and electricity. Any utility costs exceeding the $250 monthly allowance will be the tenant’s responsibility and must be paid in addition to the monthly rental rate. Utility overages will be based on actual usage and billing statements.



All prospective tenants are required to complete a background check at their own expense before approval ($39.99 via AAOA).



A signed rental agreement must be completed before occupancy. All tenants are required to review and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the rental agreement.



Pet Policy:

Pets are welcome with prior approval and the following requirements:

Monthly pet fee: $200 per pet, per month.

Pet deposit: $70 per pet, non-refundable.



Please disclose all pets during the application process so we can ensure the appropriate fees and paperwork are completed before your arrival.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect your privacy and aim to make your extended stay as comfortable as possible. We'll give you space to enjoy the home while remaining available if you need assistance. We're also happy to share recommendations for local restaurants, wineries, shopping, and things to do around Temecula.
