Subzero Refrigerator, Wolf Stove, Bosch Quiet Dishwasher, huge 16ft patio windows with balcony. Located off-highway on the exclusive and renowned Malibu Road, this 1 bedroom/1 bath offers incredible views, private parking, and peaceful bliss. We are on a PRIVATE BEACH. That means no one but my guests are on the beach in front. Extremely Private and Rare. PCH is very noisy and not private. We are off PCH about 3 miles North of Nobu on Malibu Road. Some Pets are allowed with prior approval and pet fee.2/2026 Special Price discounted for possible construction noise 2 houses south. They are doing wood framing M-F. Does not affect view or beach.

My third stay at this lovely oasis. Such a charming beach house with excellent location! Just walk down the stairs and your toes hit the sand! Daily morning and afternoon walks with my pup are so fun relaxing. The host and management staff go above and beyond the call to make your stay memorable!

Great communication. Place is as pictured. Having a parking space and washer/dryer in unit is very helpful.The kitchen is stocked with very basic cooking and serving items. There are no pantry items other than salt and pepper - not a big deal just be aware if you are planning meals in. The space is perfect for 2 people. The view is obstructed by the lower unit roof (as pictured) but you can look over/past that and see the ocean and skyline! Getting to the beach through the stairway is very quick and easy. The tide rises quite high so beach time is limited to mornings or evenings. Grocery store and restaurants are a short drive away. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we would stay here again!

It was excellent, enjoyed the stay for a family with small kids. Wish the beach had a little more real estate from the water, but excellent location close to a bunch of other beaches. Highly recommend brunch at Zinqué.
