Ocean was clearly visible, the balcony is very big accommodating a big dining table and also a leisure beach chair still leaving plenty of space to roam around

The view! Wow... Our host, Betsy, was easy to communicate with, great suggestions for my first time on the Big Island, and provided lovely welcoming surprises. The accommodations had everything from coffee and plastic wrap to lots of beach towels and hangers. Perhaps a chest of drawers would be nice in the second bedroom, but otherwise, plenty of space for 2 to 3 people. No AC but the many fans (ceiling and floor) helped with the hotter temps. And, of course, leaving the deck doors open for ocean breeze.

Very nice and well maintained condo. Stocked with all the kitchen necessities. Right on the water, with relaxing ocean sounds. Great view of the sunset.

Overall the property is as advertised. My only comment is that even though we never kept food outside the refrigerator, there were still cockroaches of all sizes in the kitchen silverware drawer, on the counter & in the master bathroom. I know this is a tropical location, but it's possible the property needs to have someone come in & spray more often.
