Good getaway. The host was very nice and we loved the hot tub. Will stay again!

Very nice spot to get out of the city for a few days.

We found the cabin to be as advertised. It was clean and well maintained. We really appreciated the deck and used the fire ring every evening. Having firewood readily available was a nice touch. The location made quick access to Hillsboro and the surrounding “attractions” in Highland County convenient. The downside to the location is that the cabin site is very close to a rather busy road and loud noise from passing trucks was very distracting. Also the site has a number of neighbors close by and during our stay the neighborhood dogs barked and howled all night long. We expected more of a quiet rural setting and found the location to be more suburban than rural.
