Nestled quietly along the 3rd green of Schuss Mountain Golf Course, Vienna Way is the perfect retreat for families, golfers, and outdoor lovers. This spacious 6-bedroom, 3.5-bath home combines comfort, privacy, and proximity to everything Shanty Creek Resort and Bellaire have to offer.

Wake up to peaceful wooded views and enjoy your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the fairway. Spend the day golfing, skiing, or exploring Torch Lake, just a short drive away. Back home, kids and pets can play in the yard while the adults gather around the fire pit for s’mores and stories. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for family-style meals or buffet breakfasts before hitting the slopes or links.

Guests love how Vienna Way easily accommodates large groups — there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out with two living areas, a game-ready lower level, and a deck for outdoor dining. Families appreciate the convenience of a washer/dryer, dog-friendly policy ($20/night), and thoughtful touches throughout the home.

Located just minutes from Schuss Mountain’s slopes and multiple top-rated golf courses, Vienna Way is also close to Bellaire’s local favorites like Short’s Brewing, Hello Vino, and charming shops. Whether you’re planning a ski trip, a summer golf getaway, or a peaceful family escape, Vienna Way offers the best of Northern Michigan living — cozy, spacious, and beautifully set among the trees.
