Beautiful location fronting the Ria Formosa, near restaurants, supermarkets, and beach access. The interior of property was clean and modern with all the accoutrements necessary for modern life. The few issues with the faucets were quickly resolved. Overall a great vacation was had by all.

+ stunning view over Ria Formosa
+ apartment well equipped with perfect setup (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 extra WC)
+ very clean
+ very good supportive agency (Sonia) at fuzeta
- some equipment needs small repair after like 15 years of usage (showers, one closet door, dishwasher door, some furniture)
- communication with owner / only contact person before check in was a bit unsatisfying: no answer at all to my emails desperately asking for checkin information
