The views were amazing! The house was clean and we had plenty of space! The only complaint we had was the well water. It had a very strong sulfur smell and there was hardly any water pressure especially in the master shower. Only one shower head worked and it barely spit out the water.

Great house fits a big family with lots of different sleeping configurations. Easy ski equipment on and off. Powderhorn is a wonderful area and small enough to let kids take off on their own and finally fly in and out of GRnd Junction. So easy. And a dump of 10 “ the first day set us up for great condones the whole week

Excellent location and size for a family retreat near the Grand Mesa and all of the outdoor activities it has to offer. We enjoyed our four night stay. The hostess was always cordial and responsive to my inquiries. All of the comforts of home with exceptional vista.

The main new house is great. Really good living room and kitchen space. A-Frame has a cool rustic vibe that some will really like and might be a bit rustic for others. During the winter I recommend 4wd/AWD. The driveway is pretty rough and not very wide. Great stay.
