We had a comfortable stay in this clean and well located apartment. It is just off the Via Francingena and close to the lower part of the town, with restaurants and food stores. Check in was easy and communication was good.

Accommodation in a great location. Clean and stylish. Easy check-in. Good communication with the owner.
No option for a late check-out or luggage storage. Poor shower drainage. Uncomfortable sofa in the living room.

Our bed was good and comfortable
When we arrived the children's sofa-bed was not made and we didn't know how to open it. The toilet was dirty, there were pee stains on the lid. There wasn't even a kettle for water in the kitchen. The children's pillows were carpets. And there was no you are there to welcome us.
