Good location for the station. Very clean. Complimentary toiletries. Kitchenette a real bonus. Quiet location apart from a few passing trains. Food and drink available (although I didn't use that) also a gym.

Complimentary tea and coffee would have been nice. Don't think guests should be expected to empty own bins.

Good Breakfast. Excellent Location. Comfortable room. Very good access to transportation and groceries. Great service.

Bed wasn't very comfortable. The mattress padding was very worn in some areas and you could feel the springs.

Gym was great, way better than a usual hotel one. The apartment was furnished well and the view or the skyline was great - the window was massive floor to ceiling. Everything was clean and the toiletries were nice. Free breakfast and coffee on a weekday was also a great inclusion. The location was also fantastic and made it easy to get around East London so we could walk to Deptford and other places, but then going into central also was smooth with the proximity to the DLR.

The main thing was that the bed was too soft and for two people, when at the edge it felt like it was easy to fall out. This lead to me sleeping poorly and was the only reason I down graded my overall rating, as the poor sleep made every other experience less pleasurable. Not sure if we had a bad mattress or if I just have a preference for harder beds, but I just didn't enjoy this aspect of the stay.

The Location and staff customer service was good

The lift broke down twice during my stay and The fact that you need to pay extra to get the room cleaned
