The condo is very cozy. It felt like home the minute we walked in. Love that it has a pool table and a gas fireplace on 2 floors. The only thing i would say is, include directions on how to start the fireplace and directions for the tv in the master bedroom. We could not get the tv to work and just watched the movie that was in the dvd player.
