Julie was very responsive and the maintenance person was very nice and polite. He came to fix the tv and the bathroom sink and did both jobs very quickly!

We had an ok stay. Weather didn't cooperate and it seems we may have to get used to that. The unit was very nice, but a bit sterile. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There is a slight drain issue in the master bath... It's just slow. The pool was lovely, a bit cold! The beach was beautiful! Great location.

The property was fine. The couches smelled terribly of Febreze like House Cleaning was trying to hid the smell of something, we couldn't even lay on the couches. There were 2 large spots on the entry rug that was cleaning solution. We made the company aware of the spots and were quick to respond with "I'm sorry, I'll let them know." The beds in the double bedroom were very hard and very high off the ground.I felt the emails with a lot of "cute-sy" wording was too much... IE "We totally get it—rules can feel like a party pooper! But we promise, they’re just here to sprinkle some magic on your vacation..." - This was fun/cute the first time. Wording like that, multiples times, in every single email gets excessive and annoying... especially when it comes to information that is "serious" IE rules and fees that will apply if not followed.

Great communication, condo layout and amenities, water pressure, view, washer and dryer. Only complaint is the King mattress was too soft and unsupportive. Overall great experience!
