This house was very nice and clean the host Dave was amazing! I had never met a host as amazing as him will fursure go back

Everything is perfect exept the neighbor he is just looking to the yard what is what you are doing that is not not place to stay and always want to hear the renters conversations he look to the yard at 12 am 4 am 5 am that was not cool

We stayed at Mr. Dave’s property for the week of the USA Baseball National Team Championships. I was last minute booking; however, from the very 1st message until the day we left, Mr. Dave was absolutely superb! He sets expectations and his communication is top tier, especially when it came to servicing the pool! The home was more than enough and everything you needed was right there. Centrally located and a very peaceful neighborhood. If we’re ever back in AZ, we will be staying in a home managed/owned by Mr. Dave!

We had a great stay at Dave’s place! We enjoyed all of the space and the pool was just what we needed to complete our relaxation vacation. The home was clean and fully stocked with the necessities. Dave was readily available if we did have a question and his communication was great! Thank you for the amazing stay!
