Great location to pools and beach access.

Absolutely love the property! This is our second time there and plan on going back. The pools and beach are wonderful. Although, we would get a different room next time. It was in a great location- first floor, great view, and near steps. The interior had some issues that the previous room did not. They are minor, but still inconvenient. It is the only reason we didn’t give it five stars. The dishwasher turned on but didn’t clean any of the dishes. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets. The master bathtub/ shower was inconvenient- bulky that made it difficult to access. The faucet in the master shower was also coming out of the wall. The island countertop had a weird film on it- no matter what was used to clean it. As stated previously, we plan on returning to Edgewater resort!

This was an awesome unit! Only issue was the stoppers in the bathroom very hard to release and the kitchen sink plug did not work ..other than that it was awesome

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had great views! However it’s not the cleanest. There was a run of blood on our bedroom door. The comforter had a smell to it. Before using any dish we had to wash them. There were utensils that looked as though they were only rinsed off. Could’ve used another blanket or two. Also could’ve used a few more bath towels and hand towels. Overall it was a good stay with as I said a great view of the beach. Just could’ve been cleaner.
