Perfect for our family of 5. We will be back! Loved close beach, pool and parking access.

The beach view and direct beach access were awesome! Plenty of parking, and close to grocery stores and restaurants. We had a great time!

This was our second year in a row renting a condo at crystal sands in destin. Great location and the beach view was amazing!

This is a decent property with a great location. Since it is first floor you are practically on the beach when you walk out the back door. Also, beach service is included which includes (1) Umbrella and (2) Chairs. This is about a $50 per day value. The problems I had with the property are as follows: 1. If you have tall kids, they will not be comfortable in the bunk beds located in the hallway. My son is 14 years old and 6'1" tall and had to spend the week on the sofa bed which had its own issues. 3. The pool is really small and dingy. 2. The service and maintenance fees for this property are really high driving the cost up significantly. Once that is added to the cost per day rental fee, in my opinion, this property is not worth what you will pay for it.
