Great house! Plenty of room for everyone. Even better location!

We had an awesome time and we were able to dock our boat almost right at the house. My grandson enjoyed playing all the games, riding all the bikes, climbing all the trees and just doing all the things! If I had anything to say at all, I would ask to just update the cookware but outside of that, we had a great time and this is a great place!

The location was on the water and the dock and setting made the place. Great place for morning coffee and afternoon beverages. The bathroom setup made it hard to share with a bigger group. The bathroom sink needs to be fixed so water can drain without prying a knife in. The front steps are out of code with the top step off by 1 and one half inches. You should fix before someone gets hurt.
