Location
The lift to carpark. Spend half an hour trying to get down before the front desk said they had to swipe me down for security reasons . There was no signs to indicate this. Took me along time going up and down before getting sick of it and asked staff why the lift won’t take me back down to car

We just flew back from Europe after a long flight, just as we did on our way to Europe. The location is great as we trained it to the city from gippsland and easy to skybus to airport. The hotel is very well appointed with great staff and facilities, and of course so close to catch a train for the long trip home in the morning.
Dont change anything , all is great.

The bed was nice
I didn’t like that they didn’t tell me the bar fridge wasn’t free and the “menu” was hidden. Everything they planted in fridge was “paid”. The shower could do with a door.
