Place was clean everything was great just parking situation is rough. Like trying to fit my f150 in the parking deck is kinda crazy and overflow lot fills up quick

All I can say is that our stay there was one of the best we’ve had in Panama City Beach—and my family and I have been visiting the area several times a year for the past few years. We’ve stayed in many different places, but we will definitely be coming back to this one, and we’ll be recommending it to everyone. Truly a 10/10 experience. Plus, the owner is an absolutely fantastic guy—someone you can easily work things out with regarding anything at all. On top of that, with every question I had, he never took longer than 30 minutes to an hour to reply. I was pleasantly surprised by this, as I’ve previously had to wait as long as a whole day for a response. Best regards, and thank you so much for this great place!!

Perfect view of the beach! We loved the big balcony on this rental as well! Will be booking again for our next vacation!

The floors were nasty! Everyone’s feet were black. Needs more useable closets and storage for clothes.
