Opinie

4 / 10

Although the host mentioned it in the listing, we didn’t fully understand the implications of not having a “club” pass. The beach and marshlands are virtually inaccessible. There is extremely limited parking by the boardwalks to the beach & then long walks to the beach, which was challenging for my elderly mother. There is no parking allowed in the neighborhood. BRING BIKES or you’ll be stranded. We also weren’t allowed to eat at the club restaurants. The beach & ocean/marshlands views are off limits to non-members. The neighboring private neighborhood (Kiawah) was just as exclusive & inaccessible, aside from one 25 parking lot that was a 60 yard walk to the beach. Also, the apartment was dark and dingy. It needs a thorough cleaning. On a positive note, the sheets are cotton (natural fiber as opposed to synthetic) & towels are provided. The host was also responsive when I had questions.

Great host and great place. Ideal location for activities inside and outside Seabrook.

The unit was very clean, the king mattress was SUPER comfy, and we had everything we needed for the week. We loved having coffee on the screened-in porch, and dog-friendly properties are always appreciated. Having an end unit was a nice plus as well. A bigger coffee maker would be nice as we had to make two pots each am. Seabrook is SUCH a special place! Don’t hesitate to book Steve’s villa.

10 / 10

Overall, the villa was great and we rate a 4.5. we enjoyed our time, there was a dirty bathroom towel left and a used dish towel in the sink which was not removed by the cleaning people before our arrival. The condo was very nice and cozy.
