The unit was perfect for what we were looking for. Size and space was great, Kitchen was equipped with all the appliances and dishes, glasses and cooking utensils, The beds with very comfortable and nice size TV in all bedrooms and living room, Furniture could use a little updating and more beach options. But overall the unit was great, Pool and beach area are nice and the Sunset Grill is very confident

The location, host, and property were extremely nice. We had a problem, it was too cold in the unit, and the host was extremely responsive. Each bedroom had its own bathroom so for 3 sixty-five year old men that was perfect! Plus my buddies 90 year old father came too! We hope to be able to make our stay an annual event!

Very well stocked with everything a family would need! The manatee in the back yard was an added bonus. The hosts have gone over and above to provide amenities to make our stay wonderful! Only complaint was the smell of dog throughout the house, however with the doors open it aired out.
