Absolutely Perfect – We Rebooked Before We Even Left!We have stayed in many holiday properties over the years, and this villa is genuinely one of the best. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and equipped with absolutely everything we could possibly need. Every detail had been thought of, making it feel less like a rental property and more like a home. The villa itself is beautiful, modern, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained. The pool and grounds are fantastic, providing the perfect place to relax, while the location is peaceful and quiet yet still convenient for exploring the area. What really made the stay special, however, were the hosts. They were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived, took the time to show us how everything worked, and were available if we needed anything throughout our stay. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for.We enjoyed our stay so much that we actually booked another stay for September before we had even left Cyprus! That probably says more than anything else we could write. We would recommend this villa without hesitation to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and beautifully maintained place to stay. It exceeded our expectations in every way.10/10 — and the only reason we’re giving it 10/10 is because there isn’t a higher score available. We can’t wait to return.

Wonderful stay at this villa. Marios and his wife were lovely and answered any questions we had within a few minutes. The villa is only really accessible by car so I would suggest hiring one. The pool was warm and so clean. The air con worked well and was needed with temps that felt like 46c. We will definitely be back

We booked this villa as we came to Cyprus for our wedding. The villa is beautiful and spacious, the pool is a super size and was surprisingly warm at all times of day. Marios, his wife and daughter came to meet us for check in and went through everything with us. I'd highly recommend and we will 100% book again.

The Villa is simply amazing … no other words required… We stayed as family of 4 for 2 weeks and I can’t fault anything. The Villa is very impressive with a large outdoor area including the best private villa pool I have ever used. It was so clean and had a full self cleaning pool system which I thought was brilliant. The air con was ice cold in both bedrooms and the main living space, in Aug you will need it ! The location is lovely and private , and just a 15 min walk or 2min drive into the local village which has everything. The beach was 5 mins , and Paphos harbour and old town just a 10 min drive. A special mention and thank you to our host Marios who was so welcoming and helpful. A real character my wife and children thought he was hilarious! If you’re looking for , privacy , luxury, and a relaxing space you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Marios ! Carl and Family
