Montien House

Really good location right in middle of main strip in ko samui but down a side street so nice and quiet. Staff there were so friendly and went above and beyond to help us

location and beach

the entrance area to the bungalow had a garbage room that stinked

Great location

WiFi

-We got the room wonderfully early, Thank You! -Breakfast was pretty good. -Room cleanliness was ok. -The surroundings and garden beautiful. -Shops and restaurants close

-Overhead shower broken in the room bathroom -Handheld shower holder broken -Toilet ceiling fan broken > hot and humid -The patio furniture is plastic, when the other cabins had wooden furniture. -The staff could open the sun umbrellas in the morning. They would realize that some of the shadows need fixing. -To set up a few sun loungers beside umbrellas as well -The room cooling unit requires attention and maintenance or repair. At least a new battery for the remote control. -If there are three occupants in the room, then dishes for three. -Customers fed the birds directly from the table in the breakfast restaurant. This should be prohibited. -The outdoor pool rinse shower requires repair and maintenance. -The hinges on the room's toilet door need to be greased; everyone wakes up if someone uses the toilet door. -The shower enclosure door needs to be adjusted into position. -The sheets do not need to be changed unless the customer requests it. The Mother Nature thanks for this. -The hotels in this area could work together to clean up the beach and the sea along their respective stretches. There is a lot of trash.
