Fin and Tonic is an absolute gem! The place has a great view of the river and close to Folly Beach. The house is very nice and well kept.

The property was clean and very nice. So many items in Kitchen that was extremely accommodating! Will definitely book again. Great property!

Enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean and the location perfect for our needs. We picked a wonderful time of year - mid-September and the weather was not too hot during the day and pleasantly cool in the evening. The only negative thing about the house was the very dirty sofa that was the main seating area in the living room. We draped our own towels and a sleeping bag over top to feel comfortable sitting on it. Otherwise, the amenities in the house were fabulous.

Amazing property, super close to everything, very classy, roof top deck was awesome, spotted dolphins in the inlet, awesome suntise and sunset. Property had everything you could ask for! A must stay
