Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our family of 13! Every room was clean and bright. The bedrooms are massive and every bed was comfortable! The bedrooms are spread out so I feel like you didn't hear anything when you went to bed. We made dinner in almost every night and the kitchen was super well equipped. There was plenty of seating both inside and out for everyone, which was nice. We especially enjoyed the screened porch for morning coffee or late night conversation. The pool area is very pretty but definitely on the small side. That's probably the only thing I wish was different about this house. But I would stay here again regardless! It was also a great location. The beach walk was super simple and quick. I would say this is our favorite home in Sea Pines that we've ever rented.

Everything was fine except the hot water took - 8 minutes to actually get hot in bedrooms on the left side of the house…
