Clean & comfortable
Parking onsite instructions were unclear (and as it turned out later were incorrect); had to return twice to reception to resolve. Late checkout was granted but room keys stopped working before agreed time. Took two visits to reception to resolve

The presentation of the suite was immaculate and the decor was modern and appealing. There was a very pleasant smell throughout the lobby and room. Loved that we could choose the configuration of the bedding in the rooms. Lovely toiletries. Extra plush towels and face washers. Extremely well-equipped laundry and kitchen - even included food wraps and salt and pepper shakers.
The only thing that was lacking was hand soap in the kitchen.
