The apartment is exceptionally clean and well-equipped with all the kitchen amenities. The lovely view and its proximity to the beach make it an ideal location. However, be mindful of the number of stairs if you have a lot of luggage or disabilities. I was not the person coordinating so I did not talk with owner, but all went smoothly from my perspective.

This place was very nice. We beat the cleaning lady but she was super fast and sweet. She did an excellent job. She also text the owners and told them we were already there and we got in to the room within seconds.

I will give the rating 7 out of 10. The property itself is an ok place. I was not too happy with dog poops from the previous renters and the air conditioner wasn't too good while we were there. I wish they would provide more garbage bags and more toilet paper. The customer service was good and Sue was good getting back with me with paperwork and all.
