Great, clean room, with a great view.

A very clean and comfortable unit on my first visit to Ormond Beach. Great location to just about everything. The owner did a good job of communicating effectively throughout the process. It made for a very good trip.

Only issues we had were that the parking space did not have the room # painted on it and the batteries for the TV remote control in the bedroom were dead, other than that no problems, we would rent this unit again.

This beachfront condo building is 1970’s era layout. Small and dated bathroom. Thin walls, simple decor, and average window treatments. Kitchen was adequate. Manager was helpful in helping navigate the tv controls. Air conditioning did not cool properly. We would not stay here again.
