Strict one car policy for a condo that sleeps 6! Know before you go and agree to meet another party, the parking lot is very small and there is only one space per rental. No other parking options are available. This was not clearly disclosed in the description. It only stated that a complimentary parking pass was included, not that there is a strict one car policy. It was not clearly stated until we had paid in full and received our confirmation for check-in. We did enjoy the condo itself. It was very clean, updated and beds were comfortable. Loved the proximity to the beach and being in a smaller complex.

Pros: The property was as pictured. It was freshly deep cleaned upon check in. There was someone cleaning the pool deck and main hallway every morning. It was a nice, quiet property with a really wonderful beach right outside your door. Cons: I did have some difficulty with communication prior to the trip. I requested early check in via messaging on VRBO and was told it was available for a price. I asked to go ahead and arrange that. Never heard back after 2 days and 2 different messages. So I called the agency and first call there was no answer. I tried again and they confirmed my early check in was scheduled. So my family and I left early the next morning to enjoy our early check in. About 4 hours into our drive I got a call from the agency telling me early check in would not be available because of some sort of work being done. In the end, I did end up getting to check in early, however, no one wants to deal with communication issues like that. In addition, the bed in the primary could use updating as it felt extremely well used and sunken in. The only other issue was you couldn’t cook anything in the oven or toaster without the fire alarm going off. Definitely a building issue more so than a condo-specific issue. Just inconvenient if you have littles with you who get startled by it! Would also love to have some beach towels or equipment provided.Overall, a pleasant stay and would come back. Just think a few things could be improved! We enjoyed our trip!

Pros- The view was nice. We had a small hiccup with the wifi & the company got that taken care of first thing the next morning. The beach was very nice, not super crowded or loud.Cons- The unit for the central heat & air is on the balcony, so it was very loud on the balcony any time the unit was running. Also, for our 6 night stay, they only left 1 extra trash bag for the kitchen... NO extra trash bags for the bathrooms... each bathroom had 1 new roll of toilet paper on the holder & NO extra rolls were left... same with paper towels, no extra rolls were left... there were 2 tablets for the dishwasher & one small (single use) packet of dish soap for sink use... & nothing left for laundry use... so we had to go buy laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags, that we didnt realize that we were going to need to buy... having to buy the detergent & dish soap didnt bother me as much as having to buy the toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags... i understand not leaving a lot bc ppl like to "take" extra things home, but for a 6 day stay in a condo that sleeps 6 (we had 5 ppl ages ranging from 13-41), I expected at least one extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, at least 1 extra roll of toilet paper, & more than 1 extra kitchen trash bag (especially since its not even a full sized kitchen trash can)
