Yes, the pool was excellent, and the balcony had a great view of Gulf of America. I would highly recommend this room to anybody and my family members. Can’t wait to get back. Had a great vacation. Thanks again.

View was amazing! The condo was very clean

Check in was easy, condo was clean on arrival. Overall will use again.

Condo great, but dealing with Southern Vacation Rentals was not pleasant. I called the upon arrival and gal said she'd call me back as she didn't know the answer. Never called back. I called the next day to get the answer. Then the construction began... yes it was disclosed, but how bad it really is was not in the notice. The noise was horrible and the construction dust everywhere and smelled. This was for everyday we were there. It was a restful enviornment that we needed for our vacation. Construction equipment everywhere. In discussing with mgmt company, they were aloof. After persisting how bad it was, I sent lots of pictures and vidoes showing how bad it is. Construction doesn't end until Feb 2024, don't stay at this facility without understanding how bad the contruction environment is.
