We really enjoyed our stay. Four adults and three kids under four. The park/yard next door is great, and the neighborhood pool is right across the street. We did have some home cooling issues. Specifically, the master suite would not cool efficiently, and the other rooms upstairs would be very chilly. We did not have anyone downstairs, so I cannot speak to it. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend. The host was excellent on communication and answering dumb Aggie questions. Access to Water Color and amenities was perfect for our crew. Five stars across the board. Rent this house, except for when we want to come back. Thanks and Gig 'em! MM

We absolutely loved this property! It was a great location. The watercolor area is great especially for kids! The house was spacious and perfect for our family. We enjoyed the porches and our kids loved the grass park area next to the house. Communication was great!

It's a shame the mgmt company did not get back with me for next years stay as we already booked with 360blue who was very responsive.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was very roomy, perfect for a big family or multiple families. Being so close to the open field is great for kids to play. It’s a little far from the beach if you plan on walking it biking (10 min in a bike) but the scenery made the ride worth it.
