I recently stayed at this house with friends and family. In total, we were 8 adults and 7 children ranging from 1-15 years old. It is a very big and comfortable house. It is in need of some TLC, the decoration is old but that is shown in the photos and reflected in the price. The heated indoor pool was amazing and saved our holiday as it was raining most days we were there. There were also many inflatables in the pool which was a nice touch. Everything in the house works, oven, hob, hot water, plumbing, electricity etc….so I would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Higham Manor. The property is spacious with a great pool and hot tub. We had 3 generations of our family and a dog and everyone enjoyed themselves. The property is a quirky mix of shabby chic and gothic. With everything we needed for our stay. Lots of parking and no stress at checkin or checkout. Would definitely recommend this house.

Had a great time here for my 30th! Brought a big group of friends and spent the weekend celebrating. Definitely recommend :)

The buts are well documented by previous guests. Kitchen needed a good clean, utility room very untidy, whole house due an update and could be stunning. We had ants in the kitchen and even in the dishwasher which meant we were washing up constantly and couldn’t leave food out in over half the kitchen. The owner knows this problem occurs. We did have a great stay, pool was lovely and warm, convenient showers close by, garden very pleasant, parking easy and quiet location. Loved our time but if I got my hands on this house I would really enjoy upgrading it.
