Breakfast was good. Location was a little out of the way
The shower had no water pressure. Towels were not of very good quality. Coffee service was lacking in regards to what was available in the room

The staff were incredibly proactive, responsive, and accommodating. We also really loved the breakfast setup! It was served directly to our room like room service, which was a great touch. They offered three classic choices (tapa, tocino, and longganisa), all served with eggs and rice. Between the delicious, convenient meals and the excellent customer service, the overall experience was highly positive.
I experienced an unexpected water leak from the ceiling in our room during the stay. However, the staff handled the situation promptly and professionally, so it didn't ruin the trip.

Location wise it’s good.
There’s no provided drinking water/ complementary water for the guests. They are charging the bottled water which we are not informed prior to check in.
