there is no hot tub. the flooring is coming up in some places and is sinking in others. the water is well water and there is an odor to it. I filled the tub for my daughter, and the water was green. zero checkout instructions provided. no welcome packet or wifi password. i have some complaints, but for the price it was an okay stay. the dryer vent was FULL of lint. like fire hazard status. will not stay here again.

Overall good experience very. The host was easy to communcate with, house was clean, love the fruit trees, off the road so its a little private one neighbor but they didn't bother us.

We spent 2 nights while visiting Kennedy Space Center. The house was very clean and had all that we needed. We brought our pups and the home was very pet friendly. We had a lovely visit!

We were not given the gate code so had to get in contact with the owner at 10:30 pm. We did have the house code. Really clean and had everything we neeed. Pet friendly. No welcome/information book. We were not sure if we needed to take out the trash and wash towels. We had no wifi password. It advertised a hot tub is available. They don't have a hot tub. The well water is not clear so I didn't want to wash our clothes. Drinking water was provided which we are thankful for. The floor felt spongy in some spots. Only 4 kitchen chairs. It would have been nice to have another chair. It would have been worth the money we paid if we had a gate code prior to arrival, it had a hot tub as advertised and we could have had access to WiFi.
