We loved our stay at Teresa’s home. Her communication was clear, prompt, and friendly. Her home has beautiful front porch views over the city of Orem and Utah Lake. The evenings were quiet and peaceful. We loved our experience!

Perfect location for the rafting and hiking we wanted to do. The property was nice, well stocked and relaxing.
When old people like us come in, a card table would have been nice. But not a big deal. Thanks to the owners for there hearty welcome!!

Dirtiest property we’ve ever stayed at. Used QTip on floor, hair in the freezer, carpets disgusting. Floors, baseboards, toilet, counters, dishes in cabinets all very dirty. Not vacuumed and overall disgusting. Spent the first 1-2 hours cleaning before bringing anything inside.
