I arrived a day in advanced 7am no extra booking and the staff accommodated me by supplying me a Room ground floor that had a overnight guest and left early - I was in a Hurry to meet friends 9am and the staff turned the room around for me - cleaning it with fresh towels and clean by 8am and I could have a Quick shower before I had to meet my friends 9am in Balito I really liked how they solved my problem for me
that I had to come home

privacy is a bit limited. No spoon in the unit to stir my coffee.

The mattress was worn and I could feel the springs. The room was small and I thought I had booked a premium room, which is not what I got. Arrived late, so I had to buy take out for supper, but no plates, cutlery, etc was available to use. No teaspoon for coffee. No mats next to the bed, the TV streaming services went off-line and it took me about 30 min getting it back up and running again, by which time I lost interest and went to sleep. All and all not what I expected.
