This quaint cabin is the perfect escape for any relaxing weekend in the Texas Hill Country. Located less than a mile from the Frio River and within only a few miles from most other attractions Concan has to offer. The cabin includes two bedrooms and one bathroom to accommodate up to eight guests. The first bedroom contains a full bed and the second contains one full bed and 2 bunk beds. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening sunset on the screened in porch while admiring the white tail deer that venture onto the front lawn.

This property was very comfortable and as described. The property provided most necessities, and we had deer at our front door morning and night which the kids loved. We expect to stay here again.

The accommodations were perfect. Nice big yard with bar b que pit was great.

The property is in a great location. It was easy to get to and had plenty of room. I was disappointed that the bathtub/shower was completely not functional as there was a crack/hole in the tub that caused water to run out onto the bathroom floor. We were unable to use the shower for our stay. The property manager said someone would come fix it while we were on the river, so we could shower that might, but no one ever came..
They are also missing basic kitchen things like a chef's knife and mixing bowls. I also didn't get any instructions on check-in until I asked for them the day-of.
We did enjoy the grill, the screened porch, and the outdoor area. The air conditioning was good, too.
