Process to get in was easy, Good location close enough to Old Town. The house was clean with good metal utensils (the plastic ones are always found partially melted.). My wife is a nit-pick critic and even she was extremely happy. Highly recommended.

Great property in residential area. Very spacious and welcoming swimming pool.
Neighbours had 2 parties but not too noisy.
Could do with a lick of paint.

Property was clean, pool area was very enjoyable and neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of room for us and our family members. Area attractions were short drive away.
