The apartment was in an excellent area close to stores, restaurants and interesting sites. It was spacious and comfortable for 5 adults. The deck was great and very private. Uber service was really quick. The security guards were very accommodating. We had some trouble with the locking system on the door. If you need to communicate with Santiago I recommend you call him directly as the response to WhatsApp was a bit slow.

I felt very secure about my booking because of the easy contact with the owner and management company. Check in was perfect. The apartment looks mostly like the photos. The kitchen is excellent. Everything you would need. Living/dining/bedrooms are very nice and spacious. My only complaint is the lack of closets and tiny bathrooms. The photo of the pretty tub isn't quite accurate. The tub is not in the bathroom. The primary bedroom and one of the smaller bedrooms do not have closets. We were there for 5 nights.with more than average amount of stuff. The location is awesome. An easy 10 minute walk to many shops and restaurants and the area is very safe. Also the door man is very nice and helpful.

The property was quiet, private, clean and in such a great location. We were able to enjoy several restaurants and coffee shops within a 15 minute walk. Everything was as described. Great price too!

The apartment feels a bit sterile; the elevator didnt work most of the time we were there but it was only one floor up. The door men were nice but didnt speak English. And, we heard the family who lived above us regularly.
