Good, clear and prompt communication with host. Amenities well suited to large group. Great place for relaxing family holiday. Great accessibility to beaches and other attractions.

The location of the property was great, and the accommodation was quiet and comfortable. However, there were a few minor issues that should be addressed, as they are basic requirements:- There was no iron available at the property.- The trampoline was torn and should be repaired for safe use by children.- A few maintenance issues need attention, especially considering the rental cost. For example, a door lock and floor near the bathroom were temporarily fixed with tape (posing a trip hazard), and one of the beds was slightly broken and needs repair.Overall, the property was good, but it could be improved by addressing the above issues.

Location and backyard was too good and spacious

What we love: • Huge nice backyard for the children to play • Open space for the living room • Love all the board games and Wii Things to improve: • Cleanliness was poor - bad odour in the bedrooms and bathrooms • Basic necessity should be provided e.g liquid hand wash, new sponges for dishes. We have enjoyed our stay but the cleanliness and hygiene of the house could be improved. Thank you.
