Vele d'Otranto B&B

We loved staying here. What a gorgeous family that make you feel so welcome. One of our favourite places weve been on our puglia adventure. The room was lovely lots of space and facilities to make tea and coffee and a little fridge. Theres also a terrace with table which is also where breakfast is. Breakfast is also tasty too , homemade cakes bread fruit meats cheeses crepes and the best coffee and juice. And qe love our picture painted by nonna very special. We woulld highly recommend and love to return one day. Otranto is a wonderful place.

Nothing all fab

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the whole family treated us with such kindness and happiness that we felt we'd known them forever. They couldn't do enough to please us. Wonderful people. The accommodation is superb and spotless. It was only a 10 minute walk into the historic centre of Otranto, along the promenade and is just along from a very well-stocked supermarket. I doubt you'll need to buy food there though as the breakfast is fantastic and plentiful. We had cold meats, cheeses, olives, tomatoes, fruit, bread, crepes and homemade cakes each morning, together with juice and coffee. We had breakfast on our balcony and coffee was delivered to us by a family member. Service not only with a smile but a huge laugh if Nana delivered! What a joy she is. I really cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough. We will definitely return again in the future as we fell in love with our hosts and Otranto.

This property is in a fantastic location. About a 5 minute walk from the main beach and about 10 mins to the centro storico (town centre). The property is owned by Franco and Nana who run it along with their daughter and her husband. I cannot speak highly enough of them as hosts. They are so friendly and so welcoming. They have loads of great recommendations and they prepare the most fantastic breakfast and couldn’t have been more accommodating for my wife who is celiac. Nana who is a painter even gave us a little painting to take home. The room itself had fantastic aircon, was clean, modern and spacious. Worth every single penny. Could not recommend this place enough and would definitely stay again. Book now, you won’t regret it.

Everything! The most incredible hosts! Clean and comfortable rooms. The bed was very comfortable! The breakfast in the morning!! The homemade cakes were such a highlight. The location couldn’t be any more perfect. You are provided with a parking pass right in front of the accommodation and you’re in walking distance to everything you could want. We were so thrilled with our stay here, recommend it to everyone and we wouldn’t hesitate coming back! Just amazing!
