Communication with the host was great. Location amazing with lots of restaurants nearby. Juan and his maintenance team had the beach raked and everything perfect daily.

It’s a studio room that easily sleeps 4. There’s not much “hangout” space—no patio or balcony, but the location is amazing and the beach proximity was great. Wish the window that looked out in the ocean had been cleaned. It was so dirty we could really see out if it. Basically, this is a no frills place but served us well and the service by the management company was great.

The attention to detail was a step above any other property we’ve rented in our 17 years visiting akumal. The quality of all the amenities was top notch. Communications with the hosts were great. We will definitely stay again when it’s just the 2 of us
