Absolutely loved this property. The host was easy to work with and the price was fantastic for the area. Perfect for my family of 4, right on the beach. Gated community with security made us feel safe. Would 100% stay here again.

It was a great location. Minutes from restaurants and attractions. Loved that the beach was right in view and the ocean view was amazing. The property was very much equipped with everything that you needed. I will be staying at the summit again with the same owner if possible!!!!

The condo was amazing & the views were spectacular!

Our Condo was not ready at 4:00 when we got there. The owner was very apologetic but it still took until after 6:30 that evening. There was a communication problem with the maid or something. Also, the sliding glass door to the balcony was so hard to open…my husband and I had to use two hands to force it open. My mother in law couldn’t open it at all and would be stuck on the balcony until one of us came back from the beach. They need to get a new sofa bed….it looks all faded out and worn. On the plus side, the condo is in a great location. The kitchen is stocked with all the equipment and soaps you will need. The beds were comfortable and the noise level was fine. Once our room got cleaned and we were able to start our vacation everything went fine. We’re supposed to get $75 back because of the room not being ready. I would go back to this room again and hopefully it would have a smoother start and the door will be fixed.
