The cleanliness was excellent; however, there was no communication with the owner—I tried calling and sending messages, but I received no response. The room isn't bad, but it doesn't have AC, and it gets extremely hot inside. It really was my own fault for not paying attention to that, but I assumed it would be a basic amenity for any accommodation. The house is large and comfortably accommodates 6 people; however, if an air conditioner were added—and assuming good communication with the owner—I would give it 5 stars.

We would not stay again. We were very disappointed with our stay. Only positive was the location.The check in code didn't work. There wasn't any toilet paper. The wifi didn't work, we were told to try other networks with the same naming convention. When we finally found a network to use, it sis not reach our bedrooms, so we all had to sit out front. Not a the light/fan switches worked. There were broken cupboards. The entire place was not very clean.

Situated in prime west LA, this modern, 2nd floor 2 bedroom apartment is ideal for anyone looking to be close to the beach and enjoy the west side lifestyle. The master has a double sized bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The unit is fully furnished and has all the essentials. All you need to bring is a toothbrush and a change of clothing! Also included is a reserved off street parking spot. The apartment comes with highspeed wireless internet . Building has an onsite laundry room.

Property was clean and in a safe area. Management was responsive and helpful. However Furniture was old and uncomfortable to sit in. Had some problems with a couple of lights not working as well. Overall a good value.
